Dave Sams: Owner/Operator

Owner/Builder with 30 years of building experience. He moved to Arizona in 2001 to get involved in the building boom.  There were lots of builders to compete with, but the glaring gap was apparent.  Every back yard needs shade, yet no one was focused on that!

Dee Sams: Sales

Dee Sams, a native New Yorker, graduated with a degree in business and marketing.  Dee relocated to Arizona after living in the windy city of Chicago, with joy and enthusiasm!  Dee enjoys the outdoors and loves the mountains.  Dee believes we all need shade living in the desert!

Hector (right) is a well know designer and artist who has been providing designs and illustration to architects and landscape/ pool companies in the Valley since 1983. Hectors has assisted pool companies in creating award winning designs, architects with the ability to convey their visions with wonderful color renderings and landscape companies with unique designs.

Dan (left) is our Pool/Landscape Designer with over 10 years of design and building experience. Dan helps our clients create an enjoyable outdoor living environment. Additionally, Dan’s talents also include concept sketching and color renderings.

Jason (center) is our Landscape Designer and Project Manager. Jason has extensive knowledge in landscape designs and helps clients who are budget minded create an outdoor environment that is functional, enjoyable, and within budget. Additionally, Jason oversees all projects and ensures timely completion of projects.
